Working Plan
- Paid automatically whenever a member in your first 3 referral levels makes an investment (Auto-Earn, Dual Investment, or Institutional Connect).
- Level 1 (your direct referrals): 5% of their investment · Level 2: 2% · Level 3: 1%.
- No qualification gate. Unlike the Residual Pool, there's no minimum team depth. Every L1–L3 investment pays you.
- Keep earning-limit capacity available. A level's commission stops once your earning limit is reached.

Weekly Performance Pool
- Build at least 3 active chains. A chain is a direct referral plus everyone in their downline; only your three strongest chains (by weekly volume) count.
- Volume counts plan investments (Auto-Earn, Dual Investment, Institutional Connect) made by your team this week, resetting every Monday.
- Per-chain floors: to reach a tier, each of your top 3 chains must independently clear 40% / 35% / 25% of that tier's target. No single chain can carry the others.
- The highest tier all three chains clear sets your rate: $100K at 1%, $300K at 2%, $500K at 3%, $1M+ at 5%.
Monthly Incentive Plan
- Build at least 2 active referral legs.
- 60 / 40 leg rule: your strongest leg must reach 60% of a tier's volume and your second leg 40% of it, both from this month's team plan investments (Auto-Earn, Dual Investment, Institutional Connect).
- The tier rate is paid on your team's earned profit this month: $50K → 2% · $100K → 3% · $250K → 5% · $500K → 7% · $1M+ → 10%.
- Resets at the start of each calendar month.
